On March 16th, 2014, a group of thinkers established Open Borders Day as way to “celebrate the ideal of freedom of movement across international boundaries.” We’re here to make good on that ideal. This year, we will celebrate Open Borders Day with events in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, and Boston. Please consult our events page for more information. To read more about open borders from a philosophical and policy perspective, you might find the website openborders.info helpful. There is also a Facebook group called Open Borders Action Group where people discuss immigration from an open borders perspective.
